Main technical specification:

Coil storage table:
Structure: Steel welded base with V-shape plate surface. The surface is made of 65Mn which can load 25000Kg with  Nylon plate placed on it.

Main function: A group of V-shape base is divided into two pieces, which placed on two sides of the car track. The center of the base centers the car. When working, coils are lift on the V-shape panel, then the car moves below the panel and lifts the coil to the decoiler center. Nylon plate avoids wearing of the steel surface.

Feeding car:
Structure: car, V-shape lifting platform, lifting guide pole: Φ100 with 4 pieces, lifting hydraulic cylinder: Φ200×700, cycloidal reducer: BWED142-11×11-3, wheel shaft: Φ80 with 2 pieces, wheels: Φ200 with 4 pieces, sprocket wheel&chain:1 inch, speed: 24Kg/m

Main function: The car is used for coil feeding and unloading. Hydraulic cylinder controls its vertical lifting and drive motor controls its horizontal walking. All these ensures coils been lift from V-shape stocking platform to center the uncoiler.

Hydraulic single-arm uncoiler:
Structure: stand, sliding base, main shaft , expand and contract drum, expand and contract cylinder Φ160×100, pneumatic brake

Main function: The machine uncoils the fastened coil. In the rear placed a group of pneumatic braking device which can adjust the expansion according to the coil inner tension. Expanding and contracting depends on sliding block driven by the cylinder. Expansion ranges from Φ450mm toΦ510mm. Moving cylinder controls the horizontal centering. Power for uncoiling and recoiling is 4kw AC.

Coil head drawing, shoveling and straightening device:
Main structure: coil drawing frame, drawing rolls, drawing motor(BWED131-17×17-1.5), sprocket and chain, lifting cylinder, shoveling pallet, stretching plate, driving motor

Main function: Coil head drawing device is to assist uncoiling. Driven by electric motor,drawing rollers draw coil head to shoveling board and then draw the coil to feeding rolls. Shoveling board can lift and stretch. When operating normally, coil head drawing and shoveling device secede from its operating position. Coil drawing lifting cylinder: Φ80×500mm with 2 pieces, shoveling lifting cylinder: Φ80×400mm with 1 piece, shoveling board stretching cylinder: Φ63×500mm with 1 piece, leveling cylinder: Φ80×400mm

Double pinch rolls, 17-roll leveler:
Structure: Base and stand are steel welded ones with mechanical vibration relieving the stress and surface sandblasting. Roller base is composed of steel welded components, leveling rolls, feeding rolls, moving base, distribution box, gear box, universal joint and lifting reducer, etc.

Main function:  Feeding rolls nip the coil sheet to leveling rolls, which operate synchronously. Leveling rolls specification: Φ100×1700mm, 9Cr2Mo, quenching hardness: HRC58~60°, Chrome plated; needle bearing rolls on two sides, up PU rolls specification:Φ100×1700mm; leveling rolls : two support wheels on both upside and downside, driving power: 45KW DC, with reducer, distribution box, universal joint; driving lifting: worm and gear, max lifting height: 100mm

Accumulator:
Structure:concrete potted floor, transfer bridge, transfer roller path, cylinder

Main function:  Accumulator is a 3m×1.8m×3m-hole made by users for stocking. Transfer roller path placed on two sides to avoid wearing of the coil sheets. Transfer bridge can both turnover into the hole and lift to the center of the machine. Lifting the bridge, drawing the coil head to final leveler, then lay it into the hole. Bridge lifting is driven by hydraulic cylinder. When normally operating, leveler feed the coils into the accumulator without stop.

Guiding device:
Structure: stand, guiding stand rolls, rectifying sliding board, rectifying guiding poles, roller track, hand wheel

Main function: Rectifying the deviation before the coil enters into the final leveler. Centering device is made of 3 pairs of stand rolls, manual adjusted. Stand rolls material: 40Cr; quenching hardness: HRC60°

Final leveler:
Structure: Stand and cassette are welded ones with mechanical vibration relieving the stress and surface sandblasting. Up rolls base, down rolls base, nip rolls, leveling rolls, moving base, servo motor, transmission box and timing belt joint together.

Main function:  Coil sheets after rough leveling enter final level. 9 final rolls with 4 up and 5 down . Couple rollers on each side. Upper rollers: PU rollers,Φ160×1700mm, bottom rollers: chroming 9Cr2Mo, HRC58-60°, Grinding measuring device lift by worm wheel motor, which can lift 100mm. Main power consists of servo motor, reducer and sinchro wheel and sinchro belt, which transmits to each roller.

Cutting device:

Running out device:
Structure: stand, transmission belt, cycloidal reducer, sprocket and chain

Main function: Stand is square pipe welded one, adopting belt transmission to coordinate the speed of the cutting machine and transmission. It can transmit the sheet to the casting rack.

Casting rack device:
Structure: stand, side panel, roller path, turnover cylinder, back panel, leveling cylinder

Main function: The plates from the running table go to the collecting rack. Back board and Photoelectric starting device that can adjust according to the cutting length are set in the rear of the rack. Plates trigger the back board and turnover oil cylinder.Turnover oil cylinder turn over the plates to receiving platform and then guiding cylinder puts the plates in order. Turnover platform can adjust according to the width and length of the plate. On top of the platform, there is a air float device for producing sheet metal.

Hydraulic lifting stocking table:
Structure: Hydraulic lift platform, cylinder, unload track       
Main function: Hydraulic lifting station is bracket type, lifting by hydraulic cylinder. It can lift 500mm with unloading track set on the station.

Unload car:
Structure:  H beam steel welded, wheel axle, traveling  wheel, transmitting motor
Main structure: Two unload car works in turn. Steel plates stack on the car automatically, then the car drives the plates to package when they reach a certain amount.
     
Hydraulic system:

Summary: Hydraulic system of this line consists of related pump, valve and pipeline,etc. Hydraulic station provides power for feeding car, uncoiler, coil head drawing device, etc. We adopt well-known domestic hydraulic components and hydraulic pump to ensure the smoothly working of the hydraulic system.

Screen interface can set the speed, cutting length and display the plate amount.
